Mission Statement
At Griffith Site Engineering Services, we believe in developments which bring wide spread improvement for communities / tourism along with the long term benefits they bring to bio diverse eco systems. We are proud to play an integral part in the improvement of modern infrastructure.
We believe in passing on knowledge to new engineers starting out in the industry. Assisting them to become competent in providing quality setting out on site. We believe that this is the key for progression of talented individuals embarking in site engineering today and construction as a whole.
All work areas are assessed for utilities before any manual work begins. We also assure all of our clients that construction drawings are double checked and dimensions and revisions confirmed before any excavation and construction begins. Our main priority is to ensure the task at hand is completed correctly and kept on programme.
We always look to improve efficiency, increasing site productivity and workflow. We aim to keep improving our data processing and deliverables. We strive to keep up with technical advances in software and training.
Services
We offer a variety of services for principal contractors, sub contractors, groundwork companies, architects, consultancies, local authorities, planners, environmental organisations & domestic projects.

Site Engineering:
We work with our clients to ensure that all provided information is current revision prior to construction; our priority is getting the setting out correct before it is conducted on site. Achieved via:
Local Grids, Grid transformations, Site Levelling & precise levelling and working to tolerance, Site Surveying, Control installation, Quality Assurance, Digital terrain modelling (surfaces), rotation and scaling of architects building layouts, working with string data, CSV and ascii text file data, As built surveys, Subcontractor management & trades supervision.
Design & Survey Solutions domestic:
We also offer solutions to domestic projects such as concrete yards, land area surveys agriculture. Drainage connections /invert level checks, minor drainage run solutions, access tracks.

Surveying:
We have varied experience including plot surveys and on site surveying. We have worked on a number of different schemes, each with contrasting topography and terrain. Our experience and background ranges from building plot/ topographic field surveys to drainage, Stockpile volumetric surveys, Land area survey, As built surveys, Proposed access visibility splay surveys, monitoring surveys, Overhead cable clearance, Tree proximity survey, Existing boundary surveys, Commercial space surveys, Dilapidation surveys, Bore hole logging, Trial dig surveys & ground type logs, Drainage tie in surveys, Existing plot surveys & garden surveys.
Landscape solutions:
We are on hand to carry out a variety of landscape setting out. We can work with you to develop bespoke horticultural landscape features in both private and commercial green space. If you have any plans drawn up or perhaps you have seen a hardscape feature in the public realm that you want replicating on your land. You may have designs of your own; Maybe you would like a corporate logo or advertisement marketing feature implemented on your grounds large or small scale / in varying materials .
